“Modi Wave Was Created In 4 Months”: Prashant Kishor On Modi Vs Rahul Question

Poll strategist Prashant Kishor, who is currently leading a Padyatra in his home state Bihar to understand the ground-level concerns of the region in an interview said: “The Modi wave was created in 4-5 months ahead of the 2014 polls”.

While speaking to a TV News channel, poll strategist Prashant Kishor was asked whether Congress leader Rahul Gandhi could be leading the opposition.

“Currently I cannot see any other leader, who everyone is accepted by all for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections,” Kishor responded.

To which the anchor said: “There are only 330 days left, which is too little for the preparations.”

“How is it less, I was part of the 2014 elections campaign, How many people knew that Modi would be PM in March? he became the campaign head in June, October 2013 he was made the PM face and by March there was a Modi wave in the country.” Kishor said.

He further said, In 2012 a lot of intellectuals and journalists who are now bhakts had in  November during the Gujarat elections said that the day Modi is presented as the PM face UPA 3.0 will be coming to power.

“Statements like India is not Gujarat was being made, did it make a difference? No. So let people say whatever they want to it’s their job.” The Jan Swaraj Party founder said.

Kishor is credited to have designed BJP’s 2014 poll campaign.
