Parliament Breach: ‘Frustrated Due To Unemployment’

Three out of the four individuals arrested in the Lok Sabha security breach are unemployed, the families of two saying they were despondent over not getting a job. Manoranjan D (33) from Mysore, an engineering graduate, now assists his father in farming. Amol Shinde (25) from Latur failed in Army recruitment, while Neelam Azad (37) from Jind was unsuccessful in a trained graduate teacher’s job application. Sagar Sharma (25) from Lucknow drives an e-rickshaw.

4 Intruders Arrested Under UAPA Charges

Following extensive interrogation, Delhi Police charged the four individuals arrested in connection with the Parliament security breach under the anti-terror Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). Manoranjan D and Sagar Sharma face charges for breaking into the Lok Sabha, while Neelam Azad and Amol Shinde were held for opening smoke canisters outside Parliament. The FIR, registered at Parliament Street police station, includes sections of the Indian Penal Code and UAPA.
