In a major security lapse in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday, which also marks the 22nd anniversary of the Parliament attack, two intruders jumped into the Lok Sabha from the visitors’ gallery and started running around the House.
The proceedings of the Lok Sabha were suspended, and the MPs started rushing out of the house. There was chaos as the intruder—wearing a blue jacket—was found roaming inside the Lok Sabha. Security personnel, along with the MPs, caught hold of the miscreants and started interrogating them. Danish Ali was one of the MPs who apprehended the intruder.
One of the identified persons, who entered the Lok Sabha has been identified as Sagar Sharma. Those who were detained outside Parliament have been identified as Neelam (42) and Amol Shinde (25).

According to the MPs, the intruders were spraying some kind of gas. Reports suggest that the passes of the intruder were issued by Mysore BJP MP Pratap Simha. “A thorough investigation of the incident that took place during zero hour is being done. Essential instructions have also been given to the Delhi Police.
