As per the new prices, now in Delhi, a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder will cost ₹ 1,859.50 instead of ₹ 1,885
New Delhi: Yesterday prices of natural gas shot up by a record 40 percent. After this hike, Indian oil making companies have deducted price of commercial LPG cylinders by ₹ 25.50 in the national capital with immediate effect.
As per the new prices, now in Delhi, a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder will cost ₹ 1,859.50 instead of ₹ 1,885. In Kolkata the price has been reduced to ₹ 1959 and in Mumbai, it will now cost ₹ 1811.50.
These revised prices come exactly a month after the previous price reduction. A 19 kg commercial cylinder’s price per unit dropped by 91.50 rupees on September 1, bringing the price in Delhi from ₹ 1,885 to ₹ 1,976.
On August 1 the rate of commercial LPG cylinder was reduced by ₹ 36. Before August on July 6 rates for 19 kg cylinder were dropped by ₹ 8.5 per unit.
However the prices for domestic cylinders will remain unchanged as of now.
On July 6 rates of domestic liquid petroleum gas cylinders weighing 14.2 kgs were raised by ₹ 50 per unit. Previously, the prices for domestic cylinders were revised on May 19, 2022.
In Delhi its current price is ₹ 1,053 per unit.
