Punjab Farmers Head To Delhi, Talks With Centre Scheduled

On February 13, farmers plan to march to Delhi, urging the Centre to meet their demands, including a guaranteed Minimum Support Price (MSP) law. Over 200 farmers’ unions, including from states like Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, are expected to join the ‘Delhi Chalo’ march. Security measures, including concrete blocks and police deployment, are in place at Delhi and Haryana borders, with traffic advisories issued. Prohibitory orders have been imposed by the Haryana government ahead of the march.
