Rahul Gandhi’s Affidavit Shows Rs 55,000 Cash But Investments In crores

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi filed nomination for Kerala’s Wayanad Lok Sabha seat, where he’s the incumbent MP. His affidavit revealed stock market investments of Rs 4.3 crore, mutual fund deposits of Rs 3.81 crore, and Rs 26.25 lakh in a bank account. With Rs 55,000 in cash, his total income for 2022-23 was Rs 1.02 crore.

He owns gold bonds worth Rs 15.2 lakh and has investments in various schemes totalling Rs 61.52 lakh. His movable assets are valued at Rs 9.24 crore, immovable property at Rs 11.14 crore, making his total assets exceed Rs 20 crore, with liabilities of Rs 49.7 lakh.
