West Bengal Police’s Special Task Force detained a railway worker for trafficking drugs from the northeast and seized 9.081 kg of opium, valued at around Rs 90 lakh. Acting on intelligence, officials apprehended the 39-year-old Railways Group-D employee, Raju Mondal, near Nasra High School in Nadia district on Thursday.
