Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s appeal against his March 21 arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case. The case previously dismissed by the Delhi High Court on April 9, will be heard by the Supreme Court on Monday.
Kejriwal alleges his arrest was based on unreliable documents and motivated solely by contradictory statements of co-accused turned approvers. Seeking release, he claims the arrest was illegal. The High Court stated that Kejriwal was actively involved in using the proceeds of crime.
