On Monday, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) arrested K Jaga Jyothi, the executive engineer of Telangana’s Tribal Welfare Engineering department, for accepting a ₹84,000 bribe. Acting on a complaint, the ACB swiftly apprehended Jyothi during the act of soliciting the bribe in exchange for an official favor.
