Watch: PM Modi’s Picture On LPG Cylinder – TRS Leader Shares Video Day After FM’s Banter At Ration Shops

Responding to her remarks, aTRS leader tweeted a video in which LPG cylinders with pictures of PM Modi being carried away in a tempo.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Friday slammed a Collector of Telangana’s Kamareddy district when the latter failed to answer what was the Centre and the State’s share of the rice supplied through fair price shops.

The Finance Minister asked collector Jitesh Patil, as to why the picture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi was missing at the shop, adding that the Centre bears a huge share in the subsidized rice which is being sold to beneficiaries in Telangana at the rate of Rs 1 per kg.

“She questioned officials about PM Modi’s flex banners not being allowed to be put up at the shop, saying the Union government bears a lion’s share in the subsidized rice which is being sold at Rs 1 in the state to beneficiaries”, said.

Responding to her remarks, aTRS leader tweeted a video in which LPG cylinders with pictures of PM Modi being carried away in a tempo.

According to Nirmala Sitharaman, the Central Government has been providing the rice in shops by bearing all the costs, including logistics and storage, and wanted to know if the free rice was reaching the people or not.
