Watch: Rahul Gandhi Plays Football During Bharat Jodo Yatra

Medak: As Bharat Jodo Yatra resumes today after a break from Choutukur in Andole constituency on Saturday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was seen playing Football.

During the party’s campaign across the state, the Wayanad MP has met with academics, leaders of various communities, and personalities from the sporting, business, and entertainment sectors.

On September 7, the Bharat Jodo Yatra began in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu. Gandhi finished his marathon trek in Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka before arriving in Telangana last week.

Recently during the yatra Rahul Gandhi surprised everyone with his dancing skills.

Rahul took to Twitter and shared a video in which he is seen dancing with members of tribal communities in Telangana.

Rahul wore tribal headgear as he participated in “Kommu Koya” an ancient art form dance with the tribals in Telangana’s Bhadrachalam.

“Our tribals are the repositories of our timeless cultures & diversity. Enjoyed matching steps with the Kommu Koya tribal dancers. Their art expresses their values, which we must learn from and preserve,” he captioned the clip.

The yatra has already covered parts of Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh, after having been flagged off in Tamil Nadu. The next leg of the yatra will take place in Maharashtra.
