#Watch: “We will be at big loss if 90% Muslims don’t vote for us”, says Kamal Nath

Bhopal| A video has hit the social media sites in which Madhya Pradesh Congress chief Kamal Nath is heard saying that the party will incur a huge loss in the elections if 90% Muslim don’t vote for them. The video has since gone viral and was widely shared.

In the video, Kamal Nath can be seen addressing some of the party men regarding the strategies and tactics they will be applying to ensure victory in Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections.

In the video, he asks his cadre to study the Muslim booths and their past records. He also tells his cadre to ensure that voting percentage at those booth increases. “My request to you is that you analyse past records… How much voting in Muslim booths, and if there was 50-60 per cent voting, then why 60 per cent – why not 90 per cent? This post-mortem is very important,” Kamal Nath says in the video which is followed by an applause.

“If we don’t get 90 per cent votes of the Muslims, then we will be at a big loss. You are talking about 80 (per cent). I am talking about 90… You know where there are Muslim votes, how much voting took place there? If there was less than 60 per cent voting, then why? It must have been a big reason,” says Kamal Nath.
