“Arrest Us All”: Kejriwal Claims Centre Planning To Pick Manish Sisodia In Fake Case

After the Enforcement Directorate (ED) arrested his health minister Satyendra Jain in a money laundering case, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday said Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia would be arrested next in a fake case.

“After Satyendar Jain, central agencies want to arrest Manish Sisodia in a fake case. The central government has asked central agencies to lodge a fake case against Manish Sisodia. Sources have confirmed that the Centre wants to arrest Sisodia,” Kejriwal alleged, adding that Sisodia was “the founder of the education revolution in India”.

“I want to ask the 18 lakh students (who have been given hope by Sisodia ) is your Manish Sisodia corrupt? I want to ask their parents, they are calling your Manish Sisodia corrupt. What do you think,” the Delhi CM asked.

Taking a swipe at the PM, he asked him to arrest all AAP leaders.

“I request PM Modi to put all the ministers and MLAs from AAP behind bars and ask all the central agencies to do all investigations at a go. Do as many raids as you want. You arrest one minister at a time, it obstructs public works.”

“Some people say this is because of the upcoming Himachal Pradesh elections, some say this is revenge for Punjab elections. Whatever the reason is, we are not afraid to get arrested. Several raids were done on AAP leaders five years ago but nothing was recovered,” the AAP’s national convener further added.

Satyendra Jain, the health minister in Delhi government cabinet, was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case. In a disproportionate assets case in April this year, the federal agency had also attached assets worth Rs 4.81 crore linked to the Aam Aadmi Party minister’s family.
