Congress had earlier released an audio clip of a call recording-allegedly of Goa BJP MLA Vishwajit Rane. The Congress alleged that all the files related to Rafale Deal are in the bedroom of Goa CM Manohar Parrikar. Addressing a press conference, Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala released an audio clip of Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Pratapsingh Rane claiming Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has “All the files related to Rafale Deal in his bedroom”.
