BJP to bid adieu to Maharashtra unit president Chandrakant Patil?

Sudhir Mungantiwar and Chandrakant Patil will see Maharashtra governor tomorrow over government formation

Mumbai| On Wednesday Maharashtra’s Finance and Forest Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar addressed a press meet stating that on 31st of December, BJP will elect new State President for Maharashtra.

After attending the core member meeting of BJP at Varsh Bungalow (Residence Of CM) in Mumbai, cabinet Minister Sunil Mungatiwar said BJP Maharashtra will get new President on 31st of December. When asked the reason of replacing the current President Chandrakant Patil, Mungantiwar said that’s the inter-party decision as new government form new face are introduced, not elaborating much on the topic.

The core meeting even had a brief discussion on the farmer’s issue as farmers of Maharashtra are seeing huge losses because of unconditional rain. BJP minister was on a visit to different regions of Maharashtra to supervise the condition of the crops are have come to the conclusion to support farmers.

They are going to talk to Insurances companies regarding the loans and provide them with high incentives. CM Fadnvis have also meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah and address him with the same topic. Amit Shah has also said the Central government is in full support and he will be the mediator between insurance companies and farmers.

Talking about the government formation in Maharashtra, Mungantiwar said, “Maharashtra will see good news soon. The BJP-Sena government will form. No matter what talks are happening alliance still exist”.

Earlier Mungatiwar also said, ” You cannot separate water, no matter how much you try to. ShivSena and BJP are together. We had a good meeting over the farmer’s issue today. We should wait for the news, the good news can come anytime”.

BJP won 105 seats whereas Sena with 56 seats. The election took place on the 21st of October and Result was announced on 24th of October.
