Breaking News: All accused in Pehlu Khan lynching case acquitted

The Trial in the case concluded on August 7. More than 40 witnesses, including Pehlu Khan’s two sons, were deposed in the case.

 

Jaipur| All accused in the lynching of Pehlu Khan case have been acquitted. The Additional District Court in Rajasthan’s Alwar acquitted all the 6 accused in the case. Pehlu Khan, a native of Haryana’s Nuh was beaten to death by a mob of cow vigilantes. The incident happened two years ago on April 1 on the Delhi-Alwar highway.

The Trial in the case concluded on August 7. More than 40 witnesses, including Pehlu Khan’s two sons, were deposed in the case. Khan’s children were with him on the day of his lynching.
