Bengaluru: The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) on Friday filed a complaint against Bjp leader Janardhan Reddy for offering hundred crore and crore rupees and a minister portfolio to Raichur rural MLA Basvanagowda Daddal over the phone.
The Congress party also demanded action against the Bjp leader ahead of the crucial floor test in the Karnataka assembly. On Friday the Karnataka Congress released an audio clip which purportedly reveals how Reddy attempted to lure Basvanagowda Daddal to join BJP and help BS Yeddyurappa, who will be facing the Supreme Court-ordered floor test in the Karnataka assembly on Saturday.
The Congress and Janata Dal Secular (JD-(S)) who made a post-poll alliance to form the government is been struggling to keep their MLAs together after Governor Vajubhai Vala invited Yeddyurappa to form the government.

Bhartiya Janta Party’s BS Yeddyurappa is set to prove the majority in the assembly at 4 p.m. today ahead of the Supreme Courts order on Friday.
The decision of the floor test was taken by the apex court after hearing long arguments for and against the petition filed by the Congress and Janata Dal (Secular) following Karnataka Governor Vajubhai R. Vala’s invitation to the BJP to form the government in the state. Earlier BS Yeddyurappa took oath as the Chief Minister on Thursday and was given a 15 day time period by the governor to prove majority.
The BJP emerged as a single largest party with 104 MLAs in the recently concluded assembly election but fell short of the halfway mark of 112 by seven MLAs. The Congress extended its support to JD(S) after the result with 115 MLAs and staked claim to form the government.
