ED Appeals To Supreme Court Against Hemant Soren’s Bail

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) appealed to the Supreme Court against the Jharkhand High Court’s decision to grant Chief Minister Hemant Soren bail in a money laundering case tied to a land scam. The ED argued there was prima facie evidence under PMLA and challenged the High Court’s view that Soren wouldn’t reoffend on bail.
