Ahead of Assembly Elections, former Jharkhand Congress Chief Ajoy Kumar joins AAP

Congress strongman Ajoy Kumar joins Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Admi Party ahead of Jharkhand assembly elections.

New Delhi-In a major blow for the Congress Party as just weeks ahead of assembly election in Jharkhand Ajoy Kumar joins AAP party. Ajoy Kumar who was the Jharkhand party president, Jumped ship just ahead of assembly elections which are scheduled for later this year. “All the common man like us should come forward and cooperate in honest politics. The answer to today’s politics is only AAP,” he said.

Ajoy Kumar had earlier resigned from party post taking moral responsibility of the Congress’ defeat in Jharkhand in the 2019 Lok sabha election. He was replaced by Rameshwar Oraon in August.

Retired IPS officer and former Union Minister Rameshwar Oraon took over the charge from Ajoy Kumar on August 26.

Ajoy Kumar stated that many of his colleagues are even bad than the worst criminals.

Ajoy Kumar Blamed former union ministers Subodh Kant Sahay, Rameshwar Oraon and few others for their leg-pulling attitude.
