Govt proved that it is able to take tough decisions by abrogating Article 370: Mohan Bhagwat

Mohan Bhagwat said that by abrogating Article 370, the government proved that it is committed to taking tough decisions.

 

Nagpur| On the occasion of Vijaya Dashami, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat performed an arms worship at the RSS headquarters in Nagpur on Tuesday. Volunteers circulated the path. HCL founder Shiv Nadar, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis were present as the chief guest on the occasion. Addressing RSS volunteers, Bhagwat said that by abrogating Article 370, the government proved that it is committed to taking tough decisions.

Bhagwat said that the elections in India are a matter of interest for everyone in the world. He said that people wondered whether the change in 2014 a negative fallout for the previous government or did the people themselves want to change?

Bhagwat praised Prime Minister Modi

Mohan Bhagwat said that the people of this country took the decision of election, due to which the nation has shown maturity. He said, “The public gave the government more majority this time than in 2014. It has also been proven that the government is committed to taking drastic decisions like removing Article 370. The government took this decision through general discussion in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.” He also said that the work of the Prime Minister is lauded by all the parties who supported it.

Bhagwat on National Security:

Bhagwat said that the roadblocks, obstacles are not yet over. “There are some questions that we have to answer and some problems that we have to solve and solve them. Fortunately, the state of security of our country, the preparedness of our army, the security policy of our government and the state of efficiency in our international politics have been made such that we are alert and confident in this matter,” Bhagwat said.

Militant violence reduced within the country – Bhagwat

Praising the security forces, Bhagwat said that security vigilance on our land borders and water boundaries is better than before. “Only the number of guards and outposts on the site boundary and the monitoring of the islands (islands) on the water border will have to be increased. There has also been a decrease in militant violence within the country. The number of militants surrendered has also increased,” Bhagwat noted. There has been a change in the direction of India’s thinking in the last few years.
