Dharamshala: Himachal Pradesh is all set to witness assembly polls today. There are total 68 seats for which Himachal will be voting. The term of the 13th Assembly will expire on January 8, 2023. The Election Commission of India said that voting would be held in one phase only. The results will be out on December 8.

In the Hamirpur district, a crèche facility has also been made available so that those who come with children don’t have to face any issues.

“There are 56,000 PwD (Persons with Disabilities) voters in Himachal. We have made a lot of arrangements for them. 37 polling stations are being managed solely by PwD staff. This is a tool of their employment which we wanted to display,” he added.
