New Delhi | Republican Party of India (Athawale ) chief Ramdas Athawle amid swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and cabinet ministers has said that he is hopeful that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will consider him for a ministry.
Speaking to News Agency ANI, Athawle said, “I believe that Modi Ji will consider me to be a minister.I’m hopeful of getting a phone call regarding it today.” Speaking on the names emerging ahead of the swearing-in ceremony, Athawale said, “Names of Ram Vilas Paswan, Anupriya Patel and Arvind Sawant have come, I think I will also get a chance to serve the nation.”

Ramdas Athawle handled the Minister of State in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment in the first cabinet of Narendra Modi led NDA government in 2014.
