Jayant Sinha Addresses BJP’s Show Cause Notice Criticism

Senior BJP leader Jayant Sinha expressed surprise at receiving a show cause notice for not voting in the Lok Sabha polls or campaigning. He explained to BJP’s Jharkhand general secretary Aditya Sahu that he voted via postal ballot while overseas for personal reasons. Sinha noted no senior party official contacted him after he announced in March that he wouldn’t contest the elections.
