Murli Manohar Joshi’s fake letter to LK Advani now viral

New Delhi | Veteran BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi’s alleged letter to BJP senior leader LK Advani is doing rounds on social media, even after Joshi’s office has confirmed that it is fake.

The letter claims that BJP will probably win only 8 to 10 seats in the first phase, and the situation will not get any better even in the second one.

It also claims that the BSP and SP had insisted on contesting from their party tickets, but he is unable to give up his home seat, even if BJP has ousted him from it.

“I could have talked to you on a phone call, but I want this letter and its contents to stay in history forever”, it reads.

The letter ends by Joshi requesting Advani to think about this matter, and says that his views may or may not correct, but they are his opinions.

News Agency ANI had initially released this on social media, but later confirmed its fake.
