He further said, “Aditya decided to contest elections. This does not mean that I have retired from politics. I will not even go for farming. I am And I will be.” Uddhav also made it clear that he has not done any “Compromise” for an alliance with the BJP. He said that they will speak after the results of the election on 24 October.

Here is Uddhav Thackeray said in the interview:

Question: Shiv Sena is not seen to roar in the 2014 elections this time.

Answer: Shiv Sena’s identity is a tiger and it remains a tiger. He does not just need to roar and shout. Shiv Sena will roar where injustice is seen. Then it should be a matter of farmers’ debt, crop insurance or any problem.

Question: Amit Shah himself came on ‘Matoshree’ in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. He had participated in the seat-sharing. Didn’t that scene appear in the assembly?

Answer: Amit Bhai’s direct involvement was definitely less visible. But he and I always kept in touch. He came here at that time because there was no alliance at that time. His contact with me is good even today, so he did not have any involvement, cannot say anything like that.

Question: Our Chandrayaan crashed while landing on the moon. In the context of the alliance, do you also see the possibility of crash landing in the future?

Answer: No! Because the alliance is made with a resolution. Introspection took place in the last 5 years. Contemplation took place. If there was an alliance, both the parties and Maharashtra experienced what could and could not happen.

Question: Will the Ram temple be built, do you still think so?

Answer: What do you mean? Will have to do it. Will the tree bear fruit? It’s not like this. Ram temple will be built. Will form! Will make it !!

Question: Until now, Thackeray used to give candidacy to others. What do you think now?

Answer: Shiv Sena chief told me, Uddhav keep one thing in mind. You are my son so I will not impose you on Shiv Sainiks and you are my son so I will not stop you. you do your work. If the Shiv Sainiks accept you, I will not face you anywhere. I have put a similar policy in the context of Aditya.

Question: Thackeray was, Kingmaker, he used to seat people in different positions…

Answer: I am not sitting yet. I will not do agriculture. off course not. I will not retire from politics also. I will not sit silently until I fulfil the promise given to the Shiv Sena chief. I will make his Shiv Sainik the Chief Minister. I will not leave politics until this happens.
