A Bengaluru court denied former JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna’s bail plea in the sex tapes case on Tuesday. The special court for public representatives cited the addition of rape charges (Section 376 IPC) and the seriousness of the crime as reasons for the denial. Revanna, arrested on May 31 at Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport, remains in judicial custody.
