Rahul Gandhi Granted Bail In Karnataka BJP Defamation Case

A Bengaluru special court granted bail to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in a defamation case filed by Karnataka’s BJP unit over ads labeling the BJP as corrupt before the 2023 state polls. Previously, Karnataka Congress chief D K Shivakumar and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah were granted bail. Gandhi was the fourth accused.
