The Supreme Court on Friday postponed the hearing of Trinamool Congress leader Mahua Moitra’s challenge to her expulsion from parliament to January 3.
The court said that they needed time to study the file. Moitra has alleged the parliamentary ethics committee that looked into cash-for-query allegations against her and recommended her expulsion of “breaking every rule”.
