SC verdict will raise more questions: Congress on Judge Loya case

After the news of Supreme Court blatantly dismissing the petitions seeking an independent investigation into the death of special CBI judge Brijmohan Harikishan Loya broke the internet, Congress on Thursday said the judgment will only increase the number of questions now and leave many of them unanswered unless logical reasons were found in it.

Congress spokesperson Abhishek Singhvi went on a Twitter rant in order to get the appropriate reaction from the Supreme Court.

In his first response to the verdict, Singhvi said the apex court can remove suspicions only by dealing with them directly.

After which, Singhvi went onto tweet this:

The death of Judge Loya came into the spotlight in November last year after media reports had quoted his sister’s fuelled suspicion about circumstances surrounding it and its link to the Sohrabuddin case.
