On Monday morning, Delhi Police received two consecutive calls, both from the Chief Minister’s residence in Civil Lines, according to police sources. The caller, claiming to be AAP leader Swati Maliwal, allegedly dialed 112 after being assaulted. In one of the calls, made at 9:30 a.m., the caller claimed she had been assaulted by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s aide, Bibhav Kumar.
