Tamil Nadu: Accused In BSP Chief K Armstrongā€™s Murder Killed In Police Encounter

A key accused in the murder of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief in Tamil Nadu K Armstrong was killed in a police encounter late Saturday evening. Officials said the accused was taken to the spot to recover weapons used in Armstrongā€™s killing when he opened fire at the police. He was killed in retaliatory firing. Last month, Armstrong was allegedly hacked to death by six people in Chennai.
