‘This Is Part One Of Channi’s Exposure,’ Says Akali Dal Amid Channi’s Nephew Raided By ED

Chandigarh: The Akali Dal on Saturday, slammed Charanjit Singh Channi and his nephew Bhupinder Singh Honey over crores of rupees found during the ED raid. While holding the press conference, Akali Dal released pictures and videos of CM Channi and Honey.

During the press conference, the Akali Dal said, ‘A money trail of 55 crores has been found in the place of CM Channi’s relative Bhupinder Honey. CM Channi and Congress should tell where did this money come from. Where did Rolex watches worth millions and properties worth crores come from? What is Honey’s business?’

The Akali Dal said, ‘This is part one of Channi’s exposure. The remaining two-three parts will come ahead.’ Bikram Majithia, who is the leader of the Akali Dal, publicly shared the pictures of Channi and senior Congress leaders, ministers and Bhupinder Honey together on the stage in the Republic Day. The Akali Dal claims that Channi is a combination of Honey and Money. In Channi’s rule, all the work was done through Honey.

The Akali Dal said, ‘The ED’s investigation will also reveal that Honey had invested all the money in the marriage of Channi’s son’. In the allegation, the Akali Dal said, ‘Bhupinder Honey was given security cover by Channi. Apart from this, Gypsy and Punjab Police personnel were deployed in his security. The video of the commandos deployed in Honey’s security was also released by the Akali Dal during the press conference. The SAD asked, ‘How was the MLA sticker and light on Honey’s car?’

Assembly elections are going to be held soon in Punjab. Polling will be held in Punjab in a single phase on February 20 and results will be declared on March 10.
