New Delhi| A major fire broke out at a battery factory in Delhi’s Peeragarhi area early Thursday morning injuring 12 people. However, there is no report of casualty as of now.
The fire started at around 4.25 AM. The Fire Brigade moved their vehicles to the spot. However, there was an explosion of the batteries which caused a portion of the building to collapse. Three firefighters and several others are feared to be trapped inside the building due to the collapse.
the fire brigade has moved 35 Fire tenders to the spot and the rescue operation is going on.
