New Delhi| Controversy and Congress leader Digvijaya Singh always walk hand in hand. In the recent statement which has kicked a fresh controversy, Digvijaya Singh claimed that the saffron party and some Hindu outfits are taking money from Pakistan’s ISI.
He said that Bajrang Dal and Bharatiya Janata Party are taking money from ISI and people should understand this. Not only that, but he also said that Non-Muslims are spying for Pakistan’s premier intelligence agency- the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), more than Muslims.
His comments kicked up a storm with a quick rebuttal from former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Chouhan said that Digvijaya Singh makes a statement to stay in the news. He also said that Congress leaders often speak “Pakistan’s language”. Referring to Pakistan’s letter to UN over Kashmir, he said, “Pakistan quotes Rahul Gandhi.”
Digvijaya Singh had further alleged that the members of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Bajrang Dal do business in the name of cow protection. Chouhan said that ss far as BJP-RSS is concerned, the entire world, the entire country knows their patriotism.
