In Uttarakhand, a political crisis occurred BJP legislators sought the dismissal of Chief Minister Harish Rawat’s government. In Arunachal Pradesh, 43 Congress MLAs joined the Peoples Party of Arunachal, resulting in a change of government. The Congress also faced setbacks in Goa, with 10 MLAs switching to the BJP, and in Karnataka, where the BJP formed a government after pulling out JD(S) MLAs. Madhya Pradesh witnessed a political crisis with 22 Congress MLAs resigning, leading to the fall of the Kamal Nath government. In Maharashtra, Eknath Shinde and 39 others joined the Devendra Fadnavis government.
