Mumbai Bridge Collapse: Who is responsible?

It was on 14th March that a footover bridge at CSMT collapsed claiming 6 lives and leaving almost 30 people injured. The railways ministry passed on the buck onto the BMC and the BMC passed on the buck to the railway ministry. But what has come out of this blame-game? Who is to be held accountable for such losses? Has the government taken us Mumbaikars to be too resilient to be paid heed to our safety? Mr. Sujit Nair, Managing Editor of HW News Network shares his insights on the matter.
