Budget 2018: Economic survey was a moral boost but is the picture same on the ground?

As the much-awaited Budget Session commences from today, the GDP growth prediction comes as a morale boost for the Modi government. The Economic Survey presented in the parliament today, predicts the GDP growth rate for 2018-19 at 7-7.5%. Now All eyes are set on the budget that will be presented on February 1.
