“Curse To Be Daughter In Uttar Pradesh”: Opposition Leaders Slam Yogi Aditynath Govt Over Unnao Case

The horrific news of Crime Against Women coming from UP’s Unnao, just doesn’t seem to end. Last evening, Two Dalit girls were found dead in a field in Uttar Pradesh’s Unnao, Another girl found with them is critical and currently is in hospital. The girls, who were 16, 13 and 17 years old, had left home on Wednesday afternoon to get fodder for animals. When the girls, who were cousins, did not return home by late evening, the family started a search. The villagers found the girls lying in a wheat field, unconscious. They were taken to the hospital where the two younger girls were declared dead. The oldest was later taken to a hospital in Kanpur.
The police said they suspected it to be a case of poisoning, with no signs of struggle at the site and no injury marks found prima facie on the girls. The brother of the girls claimed they had been found with their hands and feet tied up.
