How Vaccination Drive For Abroad-Bound Students Turned Into Chaos at Ghatkopar’s Rajawadi Hospital?

The vaccine crunch continues. People are running from pillar to post, ready to stand in queues for hours together to get vaccinated. Students going abroad for higher studies are facing severe impediments in trying to get the jab.
The BMC recently started a walk in vaccination facility at 3 hospitals in the city for students who have to go abroad. They have been asked to come to the center with the required visa/admissions documents. However, with just 500 vaccines available across 3 centers, and the 84 day Covishield gap hampering their travel plans, students are having a tough time and squabbling through to get vaccinated.

We visited Rajawadi Hospital, Ghatkopar to understand the situation on ground and how students and parents are reacting.
