Judge Hearing Rahul Gandhi’s Plea Against Conviction Had Represented Amit Shah In 2006

As the bail extended to Rahul gandhi by Surat court comes to an End today, session court in the city is hearing Rahul Gandhi’s plea against his conviction. Rahul Gandhi was convicted in a defamation case over his statement how come all the thieves have Modi surname? The statement was made in 2019 in Karnataka’s Kolar; however, the defamation case was filed by BJP leader purnesh Modi in Surat. A month ago, the Surat court found Rahul gandhi guilty. Following this, Rahul gandhi was disqualified from Lok Sabha, where he represents Wayanad constituency. Not only that he was also asked to vacate his bunglow. Days after his conviction Rahul gandhi moved to sessions court to challenge his conviction. Judge Robin Mogera is specifically hearing Gandhi’s plea for a stay on his conviction.
