Air India Express, owned by Tata Group, has swiftly terminated 30 cabin crew members who went on mass sick leave, resulting in over 100 flight cancellations affecting 15,000 passengers. The airline has issued an ultimatum to the remaining sick crew to return by Thursday at 4 pm or face termination. Additionally, 74 flights were cancelled on Thursday. The Regional Labour Commissioner plans to mediate between the airline management and protesting crew members today in Delhi.
