Delhi Hits Highest Temperature Since January: IMD

Delhi witnessed a scorching high of 39.4 degrees Celsius on Friday, marking the highest maximum temperature since January, as reported by the India Meteorological Department (IMD). This surpasses the previous high of 39.1 degrees Celsius recorded on April 11, the second-highest temperature this season. IMD data indicates that Delhi has experienced temperatures near 40 degrees Celsius for the past four days.
