Goa CM under Fire as Congress Exposes BJP Govt’s Illegal Vedanta Deal

The Goa Congress party has strongly condemned the BJP government’s alleged involvement in a scam that allows mining company Vedanta Ltd to illegally export iron ore without paying dues. The Congress general secretary has accused the Department of Mines and Geology of facilitating this illegal activity.

“It is outrageous that the BJP government, which claims to be fighting corruption, is itself involved in such a blatant scam,” the Congress leader said. “Why is the government allowing Vedanta to get away with this when ordinary citizens have to pay their dues before receiving any government services?”

The Congress party has demanded that the government immediately stop the illegal export of iron ore and recover the outstanding dues from Vedanta. They have also threatened to take legal action against those involved in the scam.

This latest development is sure to add fuel to the fire of public anger against the BJP government in Goa. The Congress party is hoping to capitalize on this anger in the upcoming assembly elections.
