Chandrachud emphasized SBI’s obligation to fully disclose all electoral bond information impartially, without being selective or withholding any data. The CJI highlighted that SBI’s compliance with court directives merges with the final judgment, urging the bank to submit an affidavit affirming full disclosure and relieving the court and petitioners from identifying undisclosed information.
