Delhi HC To Hear Arvind Kejriwal’s Plea Against ED Summons On September 9

Delhi High Court scheduled Arvind Kejriwal’s plea against ED summons in the excise policy case for September 9. The court, led by Justices Prathiba Singh and Amit Sharma, granted Kejriwal four additional weeks to respond to the ED’s arguments regarding the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
