A bankruptcy court executive has accused Nirav Modi and 2 other associates of a host of criminal activities carried on in the US under the draconian RICO Act, which was used to bring down mafia bosses in the 1980’s and 90’s. Narendra Modi, in an exclusive interview to Arnab Goswami expressed satisfaction at the fact that Vijay Mallya’s extradition process was in its last stages and that his government has managed to confiscate assets worth 14,000 crore ₹ while the amount Mallya owes to banks is 9,000 crores. Vijay Mallya via a series of tweets said, that in that case he should be fully vindicated of all his crimes as he has already paid the full amount.
