What would the cost of war be?


The conflict between India and Pakistan, in the aftermath of the Pulwama attack and the retaliatory strike by the IAF thereafter on terror camps in Pakistan has been escalating. As the tension increases, one cannot help but wonder if this will result into a full fledged war and what would be the consequences and cost of such a war. We take a look at previous battles over the years with Pakistan and analyse how much man power and resources it took then, and how much of a drain it would be in today’s day and age on our economy and fiscal deficit.
