Indian Students Lead In Plagiarising UCAS Form In UK

The incidence of plagiarism in personal statements for UK university undergraduate applications has doubled in two years, with India leading the trend outside the UK. In 2023, 7,300 applications were flagged for plagiarism, with 765 from Indian applicants. UCAS reports India as the top country for such plagiarism, followed by Nigeria, Romania, and China.
