Papua New Guinea: Riots In 2nd Largest City Kill 15

The police commissioner of Papua New Guinea, David Manning, reported that a minimum of 15 fatalities occurred during disturbances in the nation’s two major cities. Eight deaths resulted from Wednesday’s riots in the capital, Port Moresby, and seven casualties were recorded in the city of Lae.
