With approval from the Union Ministry of Education, the inaugural stage of the PM Shri scheme has identified 233 schools in Jammu and Kashmir for comprehensive development, with an additional 265 schools in the second phase. Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha emphasized their role as mentors, fostering critical skills and creativity across all regional schools. Twenty master trainers, one for each district, have completed training in New Delhi for effective implementation.
